申請資格

1. 全日制非本地研究生與全日制非本地受UGC資助的碩士課程#學生

如果申請人數超過可提供的住宿名額，將抽籤決定優先順序。

2. 全日制本地研究生與全日制本地受UGC資助的碩士課程#學生

如果申請人數超過可提供的住宿名額，將根據申請人居住地點與中文大學之間的交通距離決定優先順序。

# UGC資助的碩士課程包括建築學碩士、臨床心理學社會科學碩士、法學專業證書課程、學位教師教育文憑課程等。

不符合申請資格

1. 自資碩士課程學生或兼讀課程學生

2. 續讀生（延長超過常規修業期）

鑑於宿舍目前房間短缺，無法為這些學生提供校內住宿。

申請人需為宿舍申請準備以下資料及文件︰

1. 香港中文大學學生證或入學通知書

2. 最近三個月內的證件相（40mm x 50mm）

3. 最近三個月內顯示申請人姓名的住址證明（本地申請人適用）

4. VISA/萬事達/銀聯信用卡、支付寶（香港/內地）或微信支付二維碼用作繳交申請費港幣一百元

Eligible students may tender your application via the following form starting from 6 March 2025 12:00 noon to 24 April 2025 5:00 p.m. (Hong Kong Time):

Application Deadline: 24 April 2025 (Friday) 5:00 p.m.

Note

1. The application is for new applicants only.
2. Applicants will receive 2 auto-reply emails after submitting the e-application and successful payment of application fee respectively.
3. Applicants submitted during the period will be regarded as late applications and will be waitlisted automatically.

The list of successful applicants and wait list shall be announced on the website on 22 May 2025 (Thursday), applicants will NOT receive individual notification of the results.

Application for Forming Roommateship (Optional): 26 May 2025, 10:00 a.m. – 27 May 2025, 12:00 noon

The finalized allotment list (with room number and room type etc.) shall be announced on the website on 10 June 2025 (Tuesday).  Applicants on the list will receive application result via email individually and have FOUR days to complete registration and pay HK$2,000 reservation fee.

Rolling allotments will be made at the end of each month starting from late-June subject to hostel place availability. Applicants who are allotted a hostel place will receive offer via email individually.
